Overall a good film. Heath Ledger did a brilliant job on the Joker.

Oh good lord, this has to be the best movie I have watched this year besides speed racer.

Heath Ledger did a fantastic/awesome/excellent job....those words aren't enough. He definitely deserve the posthumous academy award for his potrayal of the Joker.

The Joker convinced 2-faced that it was because of Officer Gordon,batman, and 2 face himself that caused the death of Rachel.

This caused 2-face to believe that he and the others need to be punish for their "crimes" against Rachel.

well that's my understanding of it, until I find time to watch it again I'm still uncertain

no, its cause gordon had corupted cops in his unit, and harvey told gordon that his unit has corupted cops but gordon would not listen, so the joker got hold of the cops and got harvey and rachel set up,

I forgot about Gordon having corrupt cops in his units and he didn't bother to find them when Harvey repeatedly warned him to, damn I really want to watch it again....

I didn't feel like it was a 2 and a half hour movie. However, it was a good and fabulous 2 and a half hours.

I want to see it again, just because the joker is damn amazing. Heath Ledger did a good job playing him, especially with all of the subtle things he did, such as the lip-licking, sticking his head out of the window like a "mad dog."

It was a good film.

I was trying to imitate the Joker today, practicing his "Why so serious?" line.
The trick is getting the head movements.

Try mimicking the Joker when he did the pencil trick, it's uber cool yet difficult to duplicate.

They shouldn't remake Joker, but instead bring in some other villians, such as Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, etc.

Those villains are kinda lame with exception of Mr.Freeze, Bane and Riddler. Seeing that 2-face died they lost an epic char to use for the 3rd movie.

Two Face was barely in the movie (not talking Harvey Dent) I felt. Why must every movie have to kill the bad guy in the same one? They're going to bring out a sequel anyway, so why kill him then?
