Softmodding Xbox

Can anyone help me with this? I want a tutorial (full) on how to softmod my xbox to save games onto it without buying a lot (mod chips etc). Or you can send me a couple links for different tuts.

Ok, i can do the burning game thing, i just don't want to buy a mod chip.

i can soft mod ps2 games on to cdrs but ive never seen a xbox game done with out a chip

there not the same format like a dvd so i have no idea how to decode it

You burn games to your computer via FTP to xbox and then put them back on the xbox when you want to play them. Theres the program that Microsoft used that makes XISO's so you can burn games onto DVD's. I'll say if this works or not when i test it.

i soft modded my xbox, not to hard. only a bitch to install a new harddrive.
