It is the end of the month and once again I am struggling to get something on the paper (it is justa figure of speech, I'm using wordpad). So I decided to list down some of the typical cliches that annoy me most in anime and manga. Here are some of them:

+ Repeating storyline. I think we have all seen them, usually in shonen anime. It's the DBZ syndrome -there is a good guy, there is a bad guy. The bad guy is stronger than the good guy, beats the living hell out of him, the good guy gets mysteriously stronger, defeats the bad guy, but then a new and stronger bad guy appears and so the cycle repeats itself until the good guy is the most awesome being in the universe.

+ "Finally a fight I can enjoy!" Who hasn't seen this sentence before? For some reason there happen to be a lot of masochistic muscleheads enjoying pain and blood and getting a sexual pleasure out of their misery. Usually these are the same guys who say, that they're "only using half of their strength". I mean, what's the deal with that!? Why the fuck you're stupid enough to do that? Just give your best, catch your opponent of guard and vaporize him! For the love of god!

+ The End. C'mon, everybody knows that Naruto will become Hokage and that Luffy becomes the king of all pirates. Also, ecchi pisses me off. All the "accidents" when the main character happens to touch a boob or see a girl naked etc. etc. And the romances. If I see a boy and a girl in the first episode and if they hate each other...they start dating in the end.

+ All the characters, mostly girls, named Sakura. For fuck sake, there are other names in the world. Why, oh why do you have to rape the pretty tree in such a gruesome way? If I had a penny for every Sakura in anime...

+ For some odd reason every group of heroes needs a cute mascot. Manly men and cute animals...like, WTF?

Those are just some of the things I can think about at the moment. Feel free to discuss about the things that annoy you and criticize your hearts out.

Well generally I would have to admit those cliche does get tiring over sometime but it still will continue since I still enjoy those. Unless the DBZ concept is really overused.... but other then that I have no problems with those cliches

Well at least the current anime now doesn't take up 7-9 episode powering up a char like if u watched DBZ Goku took that much episode to power up some spirit ball technique.

The current anime at least manages to make the process of powering up not that lame nowadays.

The training is no different though....several days go by for one lousy ass technigue. Naruto before he fought that glasses dude, and ichigo finding a MAGICAL loophole to bankai (no)

True but I guess it's already been incorporated into the current series we now watch. I don't see a problem witn ecchi though (lol)

Something that pisses me off is the type of romance that goes around in anime. It's either like love triangle, hated then loved or vice versa. And yeah, with the ecchi, I dislike that typical scene too.

I dislike the drama in the last 4-6 episodes... In every single love-romance, comedy, drama(duh), school life etc. they have some heavy and I mean HEAVY drama at the end. Like a few chars die or they get near death injuries and heal at the end... I just had to re-experience it with Kanon TV 2006 (yeah I'm late on that one) and I always get the same taughts: why the fuck do you have to go off and kill some random people at the end just to make it more interesting ?!?!?! o_O

Either that that and a few other stupid things like fake english, german or french language or some made up stuff about other countries I think I can bare... :P
