Photoshop exiting..

My photoshop keeps exiting whenever it gets to the loading color interface. For now, I've been using GIMPshop (very much like photoshop in everyway. Even some of the menu's are the exact same. It also has a lot more interesting filters but no blending options or brushes that you can make). Help! I want my photoshop back...I've tried un and re installing.

Try deleting all history of Photoshop and reinstalling it

Can you give me a step-by-step please? I don't get what you guys are saying.

Start>Run>Regedit

Search for Adobe

Find Photoshop

Delete everything that has to do with photoshop.

Then go to Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup

Get rid of all ur temporary files

Anything else? I did the above and it has yet to work.

Well i had this same error with Internet Explorer, it would randomly close on me.

It might be spyware, adware, and viruses?

I think i scanned for viruses and found none but I do remember scanning for adware and spyware. I'll do a scan now.
