Any suggestions for High Bandwidth web hosting

Mainly, I am searching for a host that charges monthly. I don't want to pay yearly and get stuck with a company. I came across chime host - http://www.chimehost.com but I can't seem to find many sites reviewing them. I see hostgator on pretty much every review site i visit but they require yearly payment for the low price. so what you guys think?

Basically there is no such thing as unlimited space/bandwith. When you start using up too much they will just kick you out. Fair usage policy :/

they just oversell and thats how they make their money...if your planning to host anime on them, id suggest you rethink that idea.
