So your desktop can't run Crysis either eh? Makes sense I suppose.

I've a HTC Wildfire, which is also android so I can do what the hell I want with it. However I've only had it for a couple of weeks so can I be ARSED figuring out how to customize shit. Gonna wait a couple of months til someone else comes up with some decents theme packages (tense)
Annoying thing is that while I can get NES/SNES/Genisis/etc emulators on it, it's too slow to run em decently

im not gonna spar with you sith so unless you have something productive to add to the convo dont post. cause it just seems to me like hahaha your phone sucks cause it doesnt play a high end graphics game thats only built for a desktop. My uestion to you is do you even have a phone? Now moving on i didnt know you can have emulators on here that sounds pretty cool altho maybe the reason why it doesnt work as well on your is the processor speed its is only 582mhz where as the droid 2 is 1ghz. I should try it on my mine and as for themes packages i really havent seen any good ones out there. so it appears we are in the same boat went it comes to themes minimoose

Got a verizon little blackberry thing. Twist the bottom to show the keypad and other buttons or the buttons to play music which are on the other side. I don't even use the damn thing much, nor do I have music on it.

I would like to get a Droid, but still trying to figure out the one I want to get. I am thinking bout Motorola droid, or Motorola droid 2, or Motorola droid x.

i don't think they sell the droid one anymore you would have to get it use or second hand or offline or buy it already unlocked . I will say the droid 2 is nice where as the x can capture 720p footage and has a larger screen which makes one hell of a big phone. which for me is a no thank you

As far as I knew, I thought they discontinued the original Droid because of the release of the D2 (and I guess the release of the DX also goes into play). The D2 looks great though, but I'm still happy with my Droid. It does what I want and still performs well after all this time.
It works even better after installing the Froyo update. But I don't think the specs will be able to handle the 3.0 update...Gingerbread. Ah well. lulz

havent seen droid 2 over in my country, but im glad they removed the silly d-pad thing altogether. i dislike the color scheme of the phone though (as per your pics)
tbh, droid x seems ridiculous.

Oh man, the DX is massive. I was on the bus today to go to Student Union and the guy sitting beside me suddenly pulls the DX out. And I just stared at it as I was holding my Droid. My phone looked like a baby next to his. And I'm not much of a bag wearing girl. My pockets are pretty small. I'm sure I'd get frustrated with a phone of that size in no time at all.

thing is , the dx has no qwerty. and i'd rather have my qwerty anytime :3.
and its a heavy phone. good for stoning people/ use as a projectile when you cant use it as a phone anymore....

I almost always use the touch screen on my Droid, I don't mind the physical board but then I end up constantly opening and closing the sliding board. I get scared I'm going to pop it off (even though that probably won't happen). lulz.
Ah, I suppose one could use it for acts of violence when they have no other use of it. XD

I saw a preview of the Droid X and it has a qwerty, it is in the touch screen of the Droid X.
Also the Droid X can be a hotspot for internet.

Gah it so happen majority here are droid users (sob)
Was contemplating on getting a Dell Streak if not for its hefty price tag (mad), who can resist a 5inch screen (love)

Has that Dell Streak come out yet? I've never heard of it. D;
My friend told me that her phone broke in half...after dropping it. I'd like think she purposely broke it, lol, because now she's getting the Droid 2. And once I come back home to visit from college, I'm hanging out with her so I can play around with it and compare to my Droid. XD
@ginz: I totally agree with you. After experiencing the physical keyboard of the Droid, I want any future phones I'll be getting to have one.

So far only UK and US sells the Dell Streak (sob)
Though US sets are crippled since they are locked to AT&T, AT&T released the Dell streak on 13th August so you might want to check out their site.

Argh. That might be why I wasn't aware of it. I have Verizon so I usually just look at whatever they have.

@ jepinay, most likely the first thing you'd notice is how there's less strain for your right thumb/hand, since the Dpad is gone and replaced with a far more fitting one. D1's only flaw is really the skewered keyboard :3

Yeah. That's probably the first thing I'll check. I already notice the difference when I'm using the touch screen QWERTY keyboard., It'll be interesting to see how it feels with the physical board. My thumbs don't hurt as much. lol
o.O That video's awesome. Where do you get that thing that's attached to the phone?
