ok, there is really no place to put this except for here. (we need a graphics support forum thingy....). but i cant make a new color balance layer, or adjust the color balance of a layer in photoshop7! does anyone know why? i can open up something that has one and do it, but not on a new piece. why is this?

yeah, they dont work either.

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm a dumbass. Someone changed how new files are started from "RBG Color" to "Grey Scale". If you go to File>New, you can see what I'm talking about.
