well i just got photo shop a few weeks ago and am still new to it. And well this may sound stupid but i forgot how to put one pic onto another...yea i have ahd alot fo suger today
plz help me

Rule b-1. It states that it's a suggestion to not talk in excessive 1337, but it also covers horrible horrible atrocious spelling, as that would fall into the same category. Since you were posting completely like that without using any good spelling/grammar to make up for it, you were warned.

No, it's been there for a while. You joined in April, correct? The rules were last updated in March.
Though, I just edited b-1 to blatantly include spelling/grammar.
