The following issue only affected logged in users who either had auto-bookmarking enabled or attempted to bookmark during the day of 8/30
Tried to bookmark and nothing happened, or tried to access a manga and was sent to a 'critical error page'? The issue had to due with the 'id' tag for bookmarks overflowing 65535 because we didn't expect to have that many bookmarks at one place so soon (there is actually only 11518 bookmarks currently stored but that's irrelevant). When the error occurred and was reported i was at work and buying myself a nice new piano (korg sp250) so I didn't look at this site. You'll all survive.
The good news is that it means people are using the bookmarking feature more and more.
Kudos to Nexus (http://forums.otakuworks.com/member.php?u=17753) for noticing that it only affected the 1st page of the 1st chapter available in a series *cough*auto bookmarking*cough*
