Yes people! I can make them. I've just learned and wanted to tell the world.

1. Make a new picture (I used 400 x 400). Make the background black.
2. Make your current brush 70.
3. Go to the brush area and change it to these settings:

4. Make it look like this:

5. Go to the smudge tool, set the strength to 60% and have it on the third from the bottom brush.
6. Smudge outwards and around.

OPTIONAL
You can use perspective on it to make it look a little better.Edit > Transform > Perspective and swirl it around a bit. You can also Radial Blur > Zoom it to make it look a bit cooler.

RESULT
I added some more brushes I did and made this:

nice tut, hey the prob wih the sig is that theres not enough in it, try not having big blocks of empy when you make your sig make sure in each brush somethings going on, try to not leave patches of colour if you do you will get like 1 massive sig that looks like its been filled with the paint bucket

That's tight. Hey the brush you start with, where is it found(in what brush category)? I always seem to lose it

It's in the resetted one and its the one that has a glow around it. Any circle one that has a glow.

O woah, you got Photoshop back? Lol, I just noticed.

Also, Omar is right. That brush is wicked tight(I actually had one like this for a while now), but you should work on not having so much empty space. Try smaller tags?
