This is kinda off but...
There was a person (i forgot his name now) from a long time ago, like around 600 AD. He pradicted when all the popes would become the pope and when they would basically die and be out of "office." According to him the newly elected pope is not the last one. There will be one more, and after him I'm assuming the end will be.

Also since this pope is old as heck. I don't think he'll be the pope for very long, so I'm doubting he's the Anti-christ.

First thing is that the Anti-christ is not psyco maniac. He is of the devil but not a fool. His purpose is to bring you away from Christ. By being a psyco maniac his purpose would be impossible.

Yes, to determine to merit of humanity. If God is real, and the creation myths literal, then why did God not intervene with Eve or with the brother Cain and Abel who killed the others? Why else do you think God told Moses to deliever to Jews or Moses to build the arc? If God is indeed real, then he is the master of testing. As such, an anti-christ would be another great test of its time.

However, I am not religious, I am just letting you all know this objectively.

well if you want to tech. about it then The Pope was an anti-christ seeing how he was a selected individual to server as Hitlers Youth Group.
