There are two other cards like it, but they were both World Chapionship promos. Meteo the Matchless (the weakest) was given to all WC participants, and Ulevo (the best) was given to the two finalists. Ulevo has 3000 attack. Meteo has you offer 3 warriors, and Ulevo, 3 winged beast.

This card can't be Special Summoned. You must sacrifice 3 Dragon Sub-Type Monsters on your Field to Sacrifice Summon this card. If this card reduces your opponent's Life Points to 0 in a direct attack, this card's controller wins the match.

I've read about Meteo the Matchless and Ulevo. Good if your opponent foolishly uses Kuriboh or Waboku. :lol: Victory Dragon sounds good, even though it'll be hard to get when it comes out in English. I've seen it in the Japanese set and it's probably easy to get there. If I had that card and I want to use it, I guess I would want to make a Dragon deck.
