Half-life 2

Who here plays half-life 2? I do! I think it is awesome!

I have played Half-Life 2 in store's where they had it for people to try out. The game is outstanding with it's visual graphic's and hard core first person shooter gameplay. I would of bought the game but I would need to own a very powerful computer to play it and enjoy it... :(

I'm only on like chapter 4 or 5 out of like 16 chapters. lol. it gives me headaches though. Either I have to think too much or the graphics overwhelm me. :D

Ragnarok Online
Counter Strike
Half-Life1 and 2

I play all of those games except for ragnarok online. I think you have to pay for it or something. I dont have any money :(

ragnarok takes alot of space and costs money on me.... so i stopped playing that

gunbound got boring and i had 7 accounts all gold battle axe plus

the rest were juss hard to keep

That is not a big problem because this Christams I'm getting a new Notebook and it is great for gaming, and yes Half-Life 2, DOOM 3, World of WarCraft will be included. B)

I would get WoW (World of Warcraft) but again you gotta pay like monthly or yearly for that. I dont got money! WAAAAH :(

What are you talking about!? There is nothing you have to pay monthly for to play the game. The only thing you would have to play monthly for is your internet connection to be able to play online.

HL2 is an extremely good game, up there with the Halo series. HL2 ep 1 and 2 wasn't as breathtaking as HL2 but still a very good sequel. Waiting for HL2 ep 3 to come out, whenever that will be.:huh:

How the hell did I miss this thread especially since I bought the Orange Box.

Well so far I only complete HL2, now working on ep1 den ep2. The game is overall gives me the ''Tomb Raider'' vibres but in FPS mode. The feeling u get from solving a puzzle is still as satisfying.

Yea ep1 was kinda disappointing since it was so short and like Ghostswithin mentioned it didn't answer any qsn. Is there any ep3/4 in the making???

Yup there is an ep 3 approved and that will be the last episode of the Half Life 2 series. No information of any development yet. Still early days.

Sigh* I do love Valve products since the early days when HL came out, but the time they they take to release a sequel eg.Team Fortress 2 is exceptionably long.

When HL came out, It appealed to me a lot just like other FPS games that were released at that time e.g. Quake 3 Arena, UT99 etc. It was everything that I liked by looking at the screenshots and reviews etc, but for some reason I didn't buy it.

Just until last year, 3 years after the sequal HL2 came out, I decided to try it out. Best decision made. Now I regret not purchasing the series earlier during all the hype.

All I'm waiting is from Valve is "Left 4 Dead" an online multi-coop game set to be released on Nov this yr.

BTW any1 plays Audiosurf here?

I'm waiting for the Mod "Black Mesa" which is a remake of HL1 using the Source engine.
