Lets see if I can help.

Monsters:

- Element Dragon (2)
- Horus lv4
- Horus lv6
- Magician of Faith (3)
- Mobius (2)
- Night Assailant (3)

+ D.D. Warrior Lady (2)
+ Breaker
+ Tribe Infecting Virus
+ Fiber Jar
+ Magical Scientist
+ Sinister Serpent
+ Berserk Gorilla (2)

I didn't like that you had 20 monsters, you never want a 20/10 monster to spell ratio. Side deck the two Mobius, he's a pretty good card, but don't main deck both. Magician of Faith should be side decked if you so wish. The effect is useful, but I took them out to make room for other things I feel are needed. I threw in two D.D. Warrior Lady's because of their awesome ability. You should consider using them, they are effective in this deck. Breaker and Tribe should need no explaining, they have become staples somewhat. Breaker's s/t removal effect makes it very useable. Tribe's monster removal makes it a staple in my book. Scientist I always include because it's effect is amazing to me.

Spells:

- Riryoku

+ Level Up!
+ Snatch Steal
+ Enemy Controller
+ Nobleman of Crossout (2)
+ Book of Moon (2)

Spell Count: 16

I took out Riryoku because it's just plain bad. I added in another Level Up because three are needed in this type of deck. If you can get Snatch Steal you should add it in, it's an awesome card. Enemy Controller is a good choice, Nobleman of Crossout is monster removal plain and simple, it works very well. Book of Moon to stop attacks, very effective.

Traps:

- Draining Shield (3)
- Magic Cylinder
- Shadow Spell (3)

+ Call of the Haunted
+ Magic Drain (2)
+ Waboku

Trap Count: 7

I took out the Draining Shield and Cylinder because they are unchainable and unplayable in my book. Shadow Spell is like Paralyzing Potion, it doesn't belong in this deck or any deck for that matter. Call of the Haunted is a staple card. Without Imperial Order you need something to negate spells, Magic Drain does the trick, finally add a third Waboku.

Total Card Count: 40

Before changes: 5.5/10
After changes: 8.5/10
