i think we should have a trading area,i know about the site getting in problems if a ripper is found but we could make a rule saying that the site will not be held responsible
thats what i think.... B)

LOL ;P
anw back to the topic...we can have a thread saying ppl
that agree with the sites trading rules with them telling there names
I'll think about doing this.
Dark-Magician

have you thought about it?
Yes I have the problem is, even if it is not our fault we are still sort of helping the rippers so we cannot do this as we could be sued.

we could have a rule saying to ban a riper!
if the 2 person agree to a trade and they say if one of em gets rip the site wont get in trouble
I guess we could. I will implement this when we get more ACTIVE members which will happen soon.

To avoid getting sued all you have to do is to post a stiky thread with some rules about trading like:
In order to trade, you must agree to these new rules.
Do not give out your personal details (address, phone number etc) to other members. We (your "company") cannot be held responsible if any harm or trouble is caused as a result of you giving out your own details to another member.
Please do not offer money for cards. You may not list your cards for sale. If you have an eBay link to your cards, you can post that. But please do not ask for any money to swap hands using this website.
We will be the middle man for this transaction if asked. If you want to trade, we need an email or PM from BOTH members of the transaction, stating what cards you wish to swap. You will then need to post your cards to (your adress)
Once both parties have sent the cards, we will make the swap.
We (your "company") cannot be held responsible for any cards being lost in the post. If you would rather use recorded delivery to ensure the saftey of the cards, that is up to you, the member.
You must sign below stating that you understand the rules and information above. By writing your full name and "I AGREE" you are stating that you agree with the information above.
Please write you name, for example:
I AGREE
Villos Villos
Thanks, have fun!

I really don't think you could be sued. When I had a message board, I had a trading forum and never encountered any problems. In the forum description say something like:
"Trade your cards here. Staff is NOT responsible for losses. Trade at your own risk."
See? That's all that needs to be said.
