Okay, here's some of my oppinions of what I would do as an admin... so here's some suggestions ^__^

-I think General Discussions should further be broken down into: Random Stuff, Message Board Games, and Media (talk about movies, music, etc)

-I think the shop should have more media and the outstocked items be restocked to at least 20.

Answer: I will see if I can fit that into my busy schedule.
To be honest, I am not sure what auto collecting is but try it out ;).

Answer: I will do that soon and media is illegal.

Amswer:(xD) Actually, you can ask for a permission or just say that they are in the web for informative purpouses only. Images are also illegal but they are for informative/"cosmetic" reasons. Also using the name "Yu-Gi-Oh". So you don't have to worry about the legal stuff.

an off topic thing but i had to ask b4 i forgot:
am i allowed to like get a link to an ep and put it on this site
or would that be wrong..... it doesn't say anything in the rules about that

Assuming that they have a forum (Download Madness) for that I think that is ok.

And the auto-collecting makes that if you can get the intereset it takes the interest automatically so you don't have to click in the button each time you get interest.

No website has ever done this and it would cost somewhere along the lines of
$XXX,000 considering the amount of people that would download it for free.

Images are no big deal.

They are as illegal as the media. You should pay for the copywright. But "they are for informative purpouses".
