Planescape: Torment, a brilliant storyline with a unique cast of characters. I doubt many of you have heard of this one as it seems you favor the console RPG market (I tend to play both PC and console RPGs myself) but it's a true roleplaying classic with a strong storyline that was sadly overlooked when it was released, like many truly great games out there.

Ragnarok Online, it proved to be probably the best MMORPG with Anarchy Online and Diablo 2. It shows many anime characteristics and is an anime based game with anime graphics.

Pokemon, these rpgs lasted for ever and 2 new upcomin one in japan and 1 upcomin one here.

Megaman Series, u guys hafta luv the classic megaman 1 and its huge progress with megaman zero, MMBN, and MMX

Daiblo 2, great

FF series, showed great graphics and improvment and the sotry plot got better cuz in FFX-2, a female became the hero.

Kingdom Hearts, KHCM, and KH2, this game is sooo kool, with a boy with a girls name and same creators of FF, the game is like WOAH

jade empire is not a great rpg. It's a fantastic RPG. it is like an mmo but not online.
