easy by going to google and type the name of the avatar u like for example:

Google search: Kaiba Avatar

after that right click the ava u want and copy the address then u put that adress in your control place where it says Avatar setting then click submit.

Well you could find an avatar somewhere like chidori said, but you can also request one in the GFX Request section. ;)
