No, I had like 230 in the bank, i came back, 200, collected interest to go back to 230, went back down to 200...

Theres an item in the shop wich you can buy that will let you steal other peoples money.

But the bank steal costs 500 gill apiece. The only people I know of who could afford that are me or GsVnEt.

I can assure you that a hacker did not do this. It could even be an error with the site but most likely someone used the item to steal money.
