Hopefully the staff doesn't get upset with me for suggesting this.

I'm asking this because things were conducted this way on other boards that I have belonged to.

Shouldn't the members get a say as to who is a staff member and who is not? o.o

Like..elections or something?

Well, it is the members that keep this site alive. You would think a democracy would make sense.

Well YGO-Insanity already has some good staff members and moderators, so I don't know about having any elections and stuff, it's all up to GsVnEt if we should have elections for staff members.

i dont think regular members have any right to do that
coz remember mostly all the site staff besides gsvnet works for free
so why should there is a vote?

My logic was, the regular members keep this place alive. If it wasn't for them there would be like five people here (staff).

that woudn't be good. think about the spammers... If a spammer comes and says I will be the staff member of ygo- and upload u lots of episodes.. and people vote for him or he cheats and opens lots of accounts and votes for himself. And we didn't look the joining member's Ips and he is elected gets the acsess to ygo-i database and deletes every singal thing.
