Collect Interest Problem

is there a bug or problem with the collect interest button cause when i clicked the button nothing happened, i didnt recieve any interest money to my bank and so my bank money remains the same. this happens often to me. btw my interest was 2 gil.

You only get a certain amount of that interest. I have like, 197 points of interest, and I only get, like fourty-something when I collect.
