Description:
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Spell Cards cannot be activated. The effects of all face-up Spell Cards are also negated.

This is a good card that I've been trying to get my hands on lately. Many people like to use Royal Decree and Imperial Order in their decks, but they dont realize that if you have royal decree, you cant play imperial order or royal decree will negate it. This card opens up the possibility of a Jinzo/Spell Canceller or Royal Decree/Spell Canceller because you can have both on the field at the same time. Good for beatdown decks. While his ATK is not too impressive for a 5 star monster, you're nor really playing him for his ATK, just the effect, so I give it a 9 out of 10.

it is a good card but in the tourney i go to, almost everyone uses a deck that gets rid of the monsters for direct attacks, so i dont use it in my deck any more
id give it 6.5/10

Inferior to Jinzo in almost every way. The same amount of tributes for lower attack, but higher defense. Bleh. If you can get this on the field with Jinzo, congatulations, you deserve it. Also, his playability has gone down with the release of Horus LV8, who is superior in every way, shape, and form. Also, keep in mind that if your opponent forgets about this and accidentally playes a spell, it is not destroyed. Spell Canceller negates the activation of spells, so they can just take it back to their hand.

I used to have Spell Canceler. Didn't like it though, too many 1850s that can kill it so easily. I used to have him, Jinzo, Patricion of Darkness, and Dark Cat with the White Tail. The only thing that can beat that is Lava Golem, which at the time no one had.

I don't really like this card...like genesis said..this card is in any ways you can count inferior to Jinzo, IO, Decree and ofcourse Horus 8..

This card proably won't even touch the field...It's hard enough to get the only tribute monsters people use in their decks (Jinzo) out on the field..this won't ever make it..Stats are bad too and the art sucks incredibly
