meaning if its green... ur online... if its grey... u r so dead! ...no it just means ur offline....

if u click the circles... u see stuff... lol

Yeah, the little gray and green circles are whether or not your online. And if you click on the circles, it gives you options about what options you have to contact the user and things like that.

Gray: Offline
Green: Online
