Here is a question I always wanted to ask. I was in a duel Skull Drain was on the field

Name:Skull Drain
Type:Trap Card
Effect: Pay 1000 Life Points to negate all monster Effects

The duel continues. I Pick a Card and I find out it's Jinzo

Name: Jinzo
Type: Monster
Attribute: Machine/Dark
Attk: 2400
Def: 1500
Effect: When this card is on the field No trap cards can be activated and continuous one are Negated

OK you people which effect goes. I don't know but I think it's Jinzo

What do you guys think it is

official netrep rule : "Jinzo" cannot negate Trap Cards while "Skill Drain" is already active, because "Skill Drain" is negating "Jinzo"'s effect. But if "Jinzo" is already on the field, you cannot activate "Skill Drain" because "Jinzo"'s effect prevents you from doing so

What DM said - Skill Drain comes first.

It was quite obvious. Thank you to pointing that.^^
