Lack of Privacy in G-mail?

I already have 4 (really more) yahoo accounts i don't need or want g-mail.

The funny thing is that I found googling: "g-mail" they dig theyr own grave.

I never really used G-Mail. The only email services I ever used were Yahoo and Comcast.
