Who likes this series? I've watched in the past month, the first 3 seasons and im watching the fourth and fifth this month (6-8 have not been released yet).

Give me your thoughts. :unsure:

Great show, my favorite of the two stargate series.

its like the perfect blend of realism and sci-fi, weapons, gadgets, alines, etc.. love it. I seen almost all the episodes ^^ but I haven't seen the one where Daniel Jackson dies (sry if that's a spoiler) when I heard about that it pissed me off so bed. but its all good now ^^

I'm mad though, i bought the 6th season and the 7th season is not coming out till Oct 19, 04 :crybaby:

Currently Stargate SG-1 is in its 8th season (in the earlier half)

I personally dislike most sci fi shows or movies due to how unrealistic it is, or in other words, how "corny" it is.

Some of the few exceptions would be star wars(the new movies) because they have good acting, good effects, and such. The older movies go into the category above(corny).

I dunno man, this one is pretty good at keeping it at least halfways realistic.

I liek the episode where Daniel first learned abotu the ability to Ascend, that was sooooo cool, the monk do was funny IMO

OMFG I just finished the 7th season (i own it and all its preceding seasons on dvd) and now I'm going to have to wait a YEAR?! for season 8 to be released on dvd.......... anyone know where i can see the episodes on some channel (because sci-fi channel hates re-runs grrrrrr and I refuse to watch them out of order)
