Bank Steal Item

It seems that recently many are being robbed of what little gill they have, thanks to the Bank Steal item. First, I'd like to say that all those who have been robbed can let me know, and I will replace your loss. Second, I will see to it that these bank robberies cease by buying out the entire stock of Bank Steals in order to prevent further theft. It's unfair to those who posted a lot and saved up all that gill just to have it taken away.

I'm not using the Bank Steals or giving them out. I bought them to stop the thievery. Plus these are dangerous items, people seem to lose gill when they use them instead of gaining.

3. enter in some kinda competition that i start

According to everyone else, it onlt works with people with more than 200 gill. So not really. But like I said, I don't intend to use them.

With some people it says that "Minimum is 200" and with other people "Maximum is 200" So I don't really get it.
