Yeah, but it creates the idea that you're taking interest in the postion, and you're seeing if you fit the job with the opinions of others.

I never made a topic about being a good mod.I just said that it would be nice to be a mod here, but I don't realy care since I'm already a staff member on here. :)

Alright, first of all, I think the staff is doing a fine job by themselves to keep the forum in good shape, so moderators aren't needed, just in case you wanted to be one.

And if you were just seeing if you could be one, I think everyone on the forum who is active and respects other members could make a great moderator in my opinion.

I was mod of another forum, and i did not like it because too many people would bug me about it. So i asked to have my powers lost, and i never went back to mod there.

I know. I even said that Atem_Marik (or RokBreak) would be very good mods. When you said that she's here a lot I only pointed that I am more time than her. I don't even trust myself being a mod at all, I don't know if I can take all the stress. But if the job woulde be offered I would take it.

Being active is a plus, but it doesn't mean that you're ready to be a moderator. I believe that Atem_Marik would be the best choice because she's active and she's someone that I can get along with. Being able to cooperate with the members without being abusive of the powers and not gaining a cocky, arrogant attitude just because you're a moderator is one of the more important points in my opinion.

I didn't say they were like that. I'm just stating that those are points I think should be considered when someone gets modded. :D

It'd be an assumption made based on the person's behavior as a member. Of course, if that person who becomes moderator totally changes and becomes a power-abusing freak, then they can always just be demodded.

I think that 4 is ok and even 5 too. As long as a forum grows it goes needing more mods. Only 2 or 3 is not a lot of people and when I'm at night I notice that there is no mod online so if soeone spams we'll have to wait `til the next day to see how he is banned/stopped.

I think the site should be like this:
Members- most of any group
Site Staff- less than the number of members
Moderators- less than the number of Site Staff
Admin- Less than the number of Moderators

Now, there are 4 admins and only 2 moderators. That doesnt make too much sense ao I think there should be 4-5 moderators like Thief_Bakura said
