How do you make signatures

I was wondering how people Like Atem Marik can make sweet signatures like they do. Where do you go to get the stuff you need cause i would really like to know how to do stuff like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated

2) You can dowload it somewhere (I don't know where)

I would recomend you photoshop to make the backgrounds with brushes. and Fireworks MX 2004 for making the sigs with those backgrounds.

Yeah and you can also use Paint Shop Pro for GFX.I don't know how good it is since I never actualy used PSP to make my GFX.

I tried using the free demo of paint shop pro. It's not too good.
