Clan War (Revised)

Well, me and Darksage talked the clan war over, and since very few forum members use YVD, with the exception of the spillover from YGO-Online (no offense meant), we have decided to make it a GFX War rather than YVD, since both clans seem to be good at GFX design. So, each clan must have their representatives and post it here by Thursday. Just post the clan's name, the leader(s), and the representatives. You may have as little as one representatives and as many as four. Each representative will make a banner, 400 by 100 pixels, on whatever subject and medium he or she desires. Here is a direct quote from Darksage on AIM regarding the prize:

I will put 5 mill. [points] in and you guys [the clan leaders] will agree on a prize above what I put (5 mill.)

So, Darksage will put up 5 million points, and each clan will have to put up a summ of points equal to or higher than 5 million, and the entire sum will go to the winning clan.

Or better yet... you ought to make it something that benefits both. Seeing as quite a few members of our clan DON'T do graphics... and your's claims to have "four of the best on the site"... maybe WE should pick a topic rather than something like um... NARUTO!?

For one, how do you get that YVD is any more part of Yu-Gi-Oh than GFX? And second, the only real YVD users are the ones from YGO Online. Third, Bloodlines is a Duel Clan. They are good at dueling. Immortal Rebirth is good at GFX. How do suggest we battle?

This site is devoted to Dueling, and that should be the primary competing function

Make a division for both fields

It's obvious that this affair is going to be one sided... if you claim to have four of the best graphics makers, and barely even four members of our clan make graphics for beans. ¬_¬

So as I suggested above... we make it a topic OTHER than Naruto, OTHER than Yu-Gi-Oh... in order to fully push someone, you have to present them with new, raw, material.... most hopefully you can see I'd be pushing for a random topic... Something neither clan is fresh with... to produce raw, and skillful art rather than the same Gaara crap and Sasuke show that I see anywhere else on this forum..

But nothing like a normal random like someone would be familiar with... I mean WAY out there... like Godzilla or some crap like that.

The dictionary defines duelist as "one who duels"

"Duel" is defined as "A prearranged, formal combat between two persons"

So, GFX duels are just as much duels as YVD.

YuGiOh is a card game and a TV show about a Card Game
No where does it focus upon characters competing for best Graphic design

In the show, and in the card game, the best can only be found through dueling against each other with cards
If we are members on a YuGiOh site, the best can only be found through dueling against each other with cards
