I have a problem with Adobe Photoshop. The basic colours are black and white, but when i brush the colour is more like dark or light brown, how can i change it back?

Go to Image>Mode>RBG Color and make sure your layers are flattened.

That didn't work, i'll show a screenshot on how it looks

and the weardest thing is that, when i save my file like in jpg. and open it with Paint or somehing else then Adobe, the colours are different. Sure that way i can make sig, avi, wallpapers etc. but it won't come out any good, because the colours are off.

I really don't know what's going on, I've never had that problem. Try re-installing it, like SnG said.

It happened to me with the Uchiha symbol you sent me, Legend.
Try opening it in Paint or Fireworks and then save it as JPG, open it in photoshop and then edit it.
