i was wondering,does anyone know how i could take the white of this (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v625/momog/sonic.jpg) so i could have just the image and not the backround?

U can use the magic wand or just zoom in and erase the white

You have to use the magic wand tool is something like this: /·

Then select in the white part, if you see it wants to crop part of the image change the "Tolerance" to a little lower number and select again. When you see it will crop a part you like just press the "<-" tool that is above the "Enter/Intro" and if you see that there are little whit thingys zoom in and use the eraser tool to erase them but if they are big use the magic wand on them.

What I'd do is just open a new file, make sure the background is set on Transparency and not White. Copy and past the image. Then just erase it and save it as 'save as for web'.

okay i got that done.

last question:
how can i upload new fonts into ps?
im using photoshop CS,btw.

You take the font, usually it's Winzip, unzip it. Copy the font, go to Start (on your computer) > Control Panel > Fonts and paste it.
