In Need Of Stock

I have been looking all over for a particular stock, and no luck. So, I turn to you. Does anyone know where I can get the stock for this:

Looking for that specific stock image is like looking for your dog in the state of Texas (impossible in other words). Why don't you ask for it from the maker of the banner?
