I got bored so I decided to make a tut on this:
Ok, so you want to learn how to make your own brushes? Well I'll teach you how.
1. Make a new canvas, I made mine 200x200.
2. First make a new layer.
3. Now make a some kind of graphic in that layer, here's what I Made

4. Now go to your tool box and click on the magic stick. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v170/Chaos_Unlimited/magicstick.gif
5. Now right click on the image that you want to make a brush and go to load selection
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v170/Chaos_Unlimited/loads.gif
6. Now the image should all be selected. Now go to Edit>Define Brush. Name it the brush what you want it to be called.
7. Click on the brush icon in your toolbar and bring up its menu and click on this the little circle icon:

8. Now find "Preset Manager" and it should bring up this menu:

9. Now click on save set, and thats pretty much it. If you make more than one brush you can save that whole group as a set.
Heres my brush I made:

Seems very basic, but it's a good to start. A better size for brushes could also be 400X400 or so.
Nice tut.

It was an only example. You are supposed to make your own cut out shape.

Ck has the right argument here. That was an example. Thus tutorial was meant to inform people on how they can save brushes, not how to make a certain brushes. So really the shape was irrelevant.

I'm not taking sides here, just trying to prevent an argument. Really all the opinions were valid, just try to stay on topic and discuss this elsewhere.
