Compare that little spec which I pointed to, to the footer in the OtakuWorks layout I made..(link above)...does that not look like it's part of it..does it not look like he copied and pasted stuff? -.-

Is just left over from the graphic I used from the banner.

It isn't technically a rip, but it does look allot like the other one. I've learned my lesson, I'll never make a layout with the same patterns as another one. >.<

You copied the complete alignment of everything...these patterns were not even made by tutorials..I spent a long time making them as they are pretty complex. You can't just steal patterns..I remember one layout you made for another of one your sites..that was actually ripped because the orginal maker was never paid but you modified the layout and used it...this is what I don't like..someone makes you a custom layout and then you modify it a lot, call it your own work and give it to someone else.

Yeah it's a good thing we aren't using those layouts. but still, it would anger me if I showed someone my work and then they mixed them together with NO INSPIRATION at all and tried to pass it off as their work. Just not right.

hey hellspire rules are rules if you are caught ripping you know the action. I looked at the two and have came to the conclusion it's a rip seeing how the red mark matches the identical coloring of GsVent's layout, text is in the same area, same size, same banner height, and same pattern

that I do Yusayoh that I do. GsVnet basically I overlayed the two layouts and one it mached same size (odd but believeable), second that red blatch you enlarged I compared that to the layout bar at the bottom that said Otaku Works and it matched, the bars matched except for 2 area's one being the news was about 10 px off and accross a seperation of the box directly above, then I noticed how the banners matched in same size (extremely odd there), the I enlarged your blue copy you did and noticed the factor that the grey shades matched his for the two boxes he made. I know this seems odd but I will do a shot of the two.

double post ok here's a better example. Everything that is in my light blue is the only area he didn't rip. Look reall hard and you will see where he didn't rip. All I did was take GsVnet blue scan copy and set the media 4 psp "not Ripped" copy and set one to 44% and look at the matches. Hell they are same in size for god sakes.
