Submit Forum Skins

I was wondering if I could Submit a Skin to the forum that I designed myself.. I havn't made one yet, but i'm interested in doing so if you would allow it and would use it.. If so lemme know, and any requests on it on how it should be if allowed, post to, please.

Can you code it? That's the big thing. I've designed many skins for riftwarp, but no one knows how to code skins.

Could you email me the files that contain the coding for the skin Green Surplus. I know enough knowledge of html, php, also some C++ and more to code, and more.. I've done many websites.

beware though, i rarely come on to check my email, so letting me know here on riftwarp would be wiser. If you send me a good skin i'll come on to code it no matter what.

must be good though, and not too complex. (mostly only a header image and the rest colors of tables[such as green surplus, tetsumaki etc, technicality, and heaven era])

IPB skins are pretty easy to code. I'm not very good with html though. I know I would mess up, quite easily.
