I really liked one of Anime Nova's Free Layouts. So here I am, with photoshop CS and nothing to do. I customized it and I am going to use this on my site when it re-opens!!!

It seem's very empty and the banner is way too cheap. In my rating system to be honest that would be a 2/10. Don't hate me you will get better at it, and if your using any other software insted of Photoshop CS/7 (PS) then I sugges you stop and start learning how PS work's. All of the other software has never been better then PS and I think it will never be. So take my advice and use PS, if you already are using it you should keep up the good work.
