Ok it can be from any anime i dont give a crap with a blue-ish background with some sorta foreground picture like i said i dont care from any anime but im looking more into naruto then any of the other ones with a black border and if you could make it look like it is snowing with a filter i know there is one like that somewhere.If you need anymore than that just tell me.
