Help-Transparasize (i would do myself, but i can't due to technical problems)

Listen, i did all the brushing on this, but i just need some help making one pic for this banner have a transparent backround, shrinking it down, then sticking it on the banner (then meddle w/ all the effects for it later). i have photoshop cs cuz i dont have ps7 (the "borrowed" trial ran out...) n i dont no how to go transparent backround w/ it. so, can someone make this pic have a transparancy backround n get rid of the lightning so just the guy is there, shrink it down, then stick it on the banner? then i can contact u n tell u what do do w/ the lighting/opacity thingys. First one is banner i made, 2nd is the pic (obviously)

no, the picture of the guy, i only want the guy. i dont wanna see the rest of the mag or wherever it came from. i just want the guy so u or somone can put it on the right corner of the backround i made and it wont like block out the backround. i just wanna see the guy in the right corner... like g999's sig

This is easy, I'll do it.

All you need to do is add a new layer to the image of sasuke. then put it under the image, use the eraser to erase all the image part that you don't want away and walla! The background will be transparent.. Or if you're not patient enough to use a eraser tool us the Lasso tool.. And merge layers when you're done. In fact, if you're just gunna transport the image to the banner you don't need to use the other layer, just grab and drop.

I made the pic of sasuke in psd on my computer so if you want that I can send it to you (of course, its transparent like you wanted) and here is the banner, incase of what you where heading to. if not its cool just aim me...
