Layout???

Hey guys, I need a descent layout maker, its just a basic layout with a banner with design and neat text opn it, a navagation bar, and a content box, is that to hard?? Sp please someone help me on this.

Tell me what color you want the background in.. color for the banner, and name in banner.

I don't know how to code as "div".
I can code in htm format. Meh.

COding div is html, its just like div tables etc inside the html.......lol

I can do it in tables in 15 minutes too. You can have a copyright footer at the bottom AND the layout will be centered. Make a footer then email it to gsvnet@gmail.com ill do it ASAP.
