Microsoft never made PCs (to my knowledge). They make the Operating System (OS), like Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, etc.

alisters right. Microsoft only makes OS systems and some back-up loading file for it but it does not make the pc themselves.

Although bill gates did make a computer in his young age...

and who here uses linux, otherwise you all use windows or maybe hunix so due to lots of sales it makes it cheaper thus pc's cheaper.

I have a linux machine around here. I use my XP more though, since its more powerful and the monitor for it is better (LCD).

Everything is eventually figured out and hacked. It's human nature. . . or somthing close to it. I mean, it's a new challenge for the hobbist hacker, I suppose. I'm not surprized at all. I just can't wait until the PS3 is hacked. Or the Revolution. That'll be funny.

With the Revolution using normal size dvd's, it will be more easy to hack then the Gamecube was.

everything gets hacked eventually,just a way for someone to find a new challenge, i prefer sony and xbox though nintendo has games i like as well

Hi All,

all console are best! i play games on psOne, sega saturn and latest is XBOX. hmm, though it has very few title compare to ps2, i've addicted with is graphics. especially on Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive, PGR and Burnout Revenge. Well, if i got enough money i would buy xbox360 then. ;)

Wow, this thing has been hacked cool. Some reason i wanted one but don't.
