Ichigo would likely cut down all of the Akatsuki by himself.

With his bankai, his speed would be too far above the likes of Itachi to follow(understandable since they have to use human bodies, and he runs around as a spirit)

Heck, it's possible that his shunpo is superior to Itachi's fastest speed(we should remember that Byakuya is several hundred years old, his mastery of shunpo is not minor)

Of course, we can't be completely sure of their comparative speeds, since we get shown stuff in realtime, but i think that i'm right.

As for Kyubi, what could that slow-poke do to Ichigo, even if it were free(no way to tell if Ichigo would be able to do significant damage to Kyubi though, maybe if he uses his max spirit attack, or goes into the mode he used against the Menos Grande... which would mean that Ichigo would be stronger alone than Naruto with demonic support :))

On a basic level though, Naruto's abilities are too weak at this point to compare him to Ichigo(even Kyubi enhanced), nor does he have the monstrous talent that Ichigo seems to have.
