how the hell did u make a video a gif

You can open up avi, mpeg/mpg files and so forth in some programs like animation shop pro, then take out small segments of the movies into gifs. I've never tried it, but i know its possible cause i almost did it once.

Just download animation shop pro, its free (trail).
