I thought it was really good!'.

Wish it would have been a little better but still a good movie to watch.

Great movie. Two parts (the acid drop in the park and the viewing Mark's house) were boring enought to skip, but the rest of the movie is awesome. Its about a punk growing up and living out his life. However, the whole tone of the movie is actually anti-fad/trend/tribe/social group. Especially against punks. And anarchy. But its still a great movie. Good Music. Awesome humor.

i just finished watching Munna Bhai MBBS with my parents. they love indian movies. for me, it's kinda eh.
i did finish watching harry potter 4. it was okay. it just was a bit of a disappointment. none of the foreign wizards had any authenticity in my eyes.

Ah, but alas, swearing is not necessary. If you think it makes you tough, however old you are, then you are terribly mistaken. No one enjoys people who swear, and when trying to prove a point, swearing just voids your point and loses you respect.

As I said, to an insolent mind, a huge plot twist may make you wonder what went on there, however to others, it may be very interesting.

A comeback to that is not required, good sir, any further posts on the subject will be deleted.

Yeah, when I started watching that I was sort of thinking 'mehhh.. this doesn't seem all that good', but I watched about half an hour of it, then went to do something else. Later that night, I went to watch it, didn't finish it though, then finished it the next day. That made it seem not so 'long'. I personally thought it was a pretty great movie. It was kind of weird though, it was sort of a mix of several movies I'd seen before, and wouldn't really fit a genre.. Thinking back it just strikes me as weird..

speaking of predictable, Tristan + Isolde ... yes. definitely predictable. james franco is the only redeeming quality in that movie, although i doubt most of you would watch it in the first place (as it IS a love story, and as it IS one of those supposed tearjerkers that most guys would definitely not even consider).

i have graded it 2 out of 5 toes of your stinky foot.

i also watched Greatest Game Ever Played .. and although Disney tried SO hard in making golf enjoyable to watch, it just isn't good enough! it's still quite boring.. and the plot is too drawn out. inspirational to those who like the sport certainly.

I just rented 2001: A Space Odyssey, which (along with a whole collection of the wonderful director's movies) was released on DVD for *probably* the first time ever in the past few days. I'm gona have to review it, its all remastered and such, hopefully its good. Never seen it before, which is a shame.

I thought it was pretty good. Nice, workable plot; strong characters, and good music (some rap, but that's a given). Personally, too much violence, and the illusion scenes seemed a bit gay.. but still pretty decent after everything. I have a thing with vengeance-themed movies. Even though it's really sick how they can kill a person without even a bit of remorse. That they get away with it and get to rebuild their lives almost nonchalantly after all the carnage. Very curious. At least it's 18A.

Actually, the game is a whole lot better. Play it at night, and alone in your room. I swear, it was 1 AM and someone rang the doorbell. And I wasn't even alone. Holy damn. That was horrible.

I remember one time I was in one of the rooms of the hospital, by the end, playing it with my friend and suddenly you hear <out of nowhere and suddenly> a strong window-cracking sound (we screamed "Ah!"), then another one fast ("Ah!")... I say "Oh, they do it only two times in a row because it stops being..." CRASH! "Ah!!!". XD (I liked the game as much to wish to watch the movie)

I was playin iin the beggining when you're in the school. And like all the sudden i went outside and you know it's SUPER dark in that game and you can barely see anything at all except for that little circle of light. Then i saw one of the children things crawling up towards me and i fucking screamed LOUD!! Then i ran around and there was more of them and i was screaming and i finally ran back into the school and almost died. God DAMN the video game is fuckign scary!!!!

The video game is so much better then the movie.

I haven't got to the hospital yet cuz when i saw the movie, that was the part that scraed me the most. All the nurses twitching around n stuff. *shudders*

I get scared really easily and i don't nkow. The game just seems more intense also because you're the one playing it and you don't wanna die. and yeah i've just ranted on A LOT. ^^ (i always rant)

Finally got around to watching DOOM...the plot was alright, but the acting...ugh...very disappointing. The first-person view at the end transitioned very well though, I was impressed with that. Also the BFG was cool. The constant references to how it was made from a game was rather annoying, but otherwise it was alright, and the music was well-placed and truly was "background". I give it a 6 out of 10 overall.

Instead of a 6, I give it a 8. The CGI stuff is terrific, and even though I don't know too much about Final Fantasy anything, I thoroughly enjoyed the story and whatnot.

yes yes.. i saw the movie 1 day earlier than the actual release... i had preview tickets for the movie in the city... the movie was great... lots of action... but horrible character schemes.. they didn't show much development for each character... some mutants that i wanted to see either a) appeared for a split second b) weren't even in the movie... the whole movie seemed to revolve around wolverine as the leader instead of cyclops... yea.. i can't say much more or it'll probably ruin it...

i wasn't as pleased though. too many characters, and not nearly
long enough for any real plot development. was it really just barely
2 hours?!? it must've been worse than i thought. i was hoping since

at least present it in a more interesting manner. rather, i found
it bland, hasty, and while it could've been worse, it was still
pretty bad.

recently, two days ago actually i saw The Omen, it was a revival of the old movie with the same name and the movie was ok but it could be better coz the old version was awesome, i saw it when i was 10 yrs old i think, i dont recall when but the story is about the devils child born into this world on 6 day of the 6 jun at 6 a.m 666, the devils trademark, ive read it somewhere, well he was adopted by a strong political family and things happened around boy, well to know it go see it guys

Ratings 7/10 - cinematography was awesome, the cast was so-so, the storyline superb but need more elaboration and need a star to attract people go see it

P.S - I think there is going to be a sequel, when u see it then you agree with me

The movie mirrormask...this movie is about a girl whos family owns a circus and the conflicts it brings when she no longer wants to be part of that life. The girl, who is sort of a saby artist, draws a sureal world unto wich she is sucked into. There she struggles to understand where she is and why she is there. The movie makers do a great job of creating great CGI's for the film wich make it the most enjoyable and much more realistic, eventhough its a surealistic film. The animation is art of Neil Gaiman so if you like his stuff you will deffinetly enjoy this film.

i forgot to mention that this is a movie with real life actors that incorporates animation...but not japanese style animation...still very good

Superman Returns, just saw it and it was not as great as i hope it would be but its not that bad either. ok let see, the storyline started when superman return from outerspace, the world change, somehow the world start getting all jumbled up in trouble when superman returns and as always he save the day (what a load of crap).

sorry bout the cussing, lets talk on the cinematic features, it was well done, the flying part as real as it gets with CGI, i like it how superman descend ffom the sky, chopper like, leg first, cape flapping upwards and you can see it from above as he descend and that was cool and the highlight of the movie. Lex luthor played by Kevin Spacey was a class act, bad as he can be, kevin acting was flawless. the new superman brandon something, handsome fella, very similar features to the late Christopher reeves (superman 1,2,3, etc) acting was ok.

Lois lane (kate bosworth) if youve seen Dating Tad Hamilton (i think) she was in the mediocre movie, blond then but now redhead maybe i couldnt tell, was ok playing lois lane.

The ending was dissapointing, who havent seen it, go see it for urself

Thats it guys/gals, overall storyline 5/10, cinemtography 8/10, acting 6/10 overall 7/10

It's all about Deep Blue Sea. Saw it on cable a few days ago. It's basically sharks hunting down Samuel L. Jackson in an underwater lab. It's one of those movies where it's so bad that it's good (to laugh at). It's entertaining through its cheesy absurdity. Has a very "Snakes on a Plane" feel to it, haha. (Which is why Samuel L. Jackson is my HERO.)

two days ago i went to see Pirates of The Carribean 2 - dead man's chest,

the cast - johnny depp, orlando bloom and kiera knightley,
storyline - as usual capt jack sparrow creating trouble again, it was a 2 1/2 hour movie, quite long and i almost fell asleep coz i went to see at midnite, the story was ok, but not as great as the first one. and there's a sequel coming coz there's no ending.

i give it overall 7/10, average coz i can't concentrate, i went home at 2.30 am, had to drive 1/2 hour and almost asleep while driving.

the action sequence is marvellous, with giant octopuss and creatures, etc

my advice is don't see it at nite coz its long and if you do see it at nite bring a friend or 2 to keep you company

Here i am again giving reviews, actually im not a movie kinda guy, but me and my girlfriend enjoy going to the movies. the latest movie i saw was The Lake House, a love story, starring keanu reeves and sandra bullock, the last time ive seen them together in a movie was a long time ago SPEED the first one. the story was nice and steady (it means you can sleep without any explosion scene in the theatre). you have to really focus to get the story.

i give it a 5/10 overall and acting - 7/10
