We need more forums

I would like to following forums to be added... please..

with a new tab thingy called Coding (or something) the following forums
- HTML
- PHP
- CSS / Tables
- Visual Basic
- C/C++
- Scripts (asking for help in coding scripts, or requesting)

New tab thingy.. called Computers
- Windows
- Linux
- Mac
- Comp Hellp (for problems with drivers/hardware, etc...)

If we could get those.. please.
